Do I need Free Downloads WooCommerce Pro?​

Yes. Zapier for Free Downloads WooCommerce is an addon for the Pro plugin only. It does not work with the free edition of Free Downloads for WooCommerce.

Where do I get the addon?​

Purchase and download the addon from the WP Enhanced website. Use the same account for license activation and updates.

What data is sent to Zapier?​

The addon sends free download submission data—for example email, product information, and related fields—to the Zapier webhook when a customer completes a free download. Exact fields depend on the addon version; check the payload in Zapier’s trigger step or the addon’s documentation.

Which Zapier trigger do I use?​

Use Webhooks by Zapier and the Catch Hook (or equivalent) trigger. Zapier will give you a unique URL; paste that URL under WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo > Zapier in the Zapier Webhook URL field, then click Save settings.

Can I use more than one Zap?​

Yes. You can use one webhook URL per Zap. If you need different Zaps for different data, create multiple webhooks in Zapier and use the one that matches the workflow you want; the addon typically sends to a single URL, so choose the Zap (and its webhook) that should receive all free download events, or check with support for multi-URL options.

My Zap doesn’t trigger. What do I check?​

Confirm the webhook URL is correct and saved in WordPress, the Zap is On, and you’re completing a full free download (including email capture if required). See Troubleshooting.

Updates and support​

How do I update the addon?​

With an active license, the addon checks for updates automatically. Update via Plugins or Dashboard > Updates in WordPress.

Where do I get support?​

Submit support tickets through the WP Enhanced website. Include your WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, and plugin versions.
