Introduction​

CRM for Free Downloads Woo extends Free Downloads for WooCommerce Pro with email and CRM-focused integration. It gives you a dedicated way to capture and use contact data when customers download free products.

Feature categories​

Installation and license​

  • Addon installer — Install and activate the addon alongside Free Downloads WooCommerce Pro.
  • License activation — Activate and manage your addon license from the WordPress admin; receive updates while the license is active.

Settings and configuration​

  • CRM / Email tab — The addon adds a CRM / Email tab under WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo. There is no separate addon menu. On the tab you add and manage provider accounts (API key per account), refresh lists from each provider, and remove accounts.

Email and CRM integration​

  • Email integration — Connect the free-download flow to your email or CRM stack (exact integrations depend on the addon version; see the settings screen and product page).
  • Compatibility — Designed to work with Free Downloads WooCommerce Pro’s download and, where applicable, email-capture behavior.

Support and updates​

  • Updates — New versions are delivered through the WP Enhanced updater when the license is active.
  • Support — Priority support via the WP Enhanced website.
