Where to find settings

CRM for Free Downloads Woo does not have its own menu. All addon settings are under WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo.

  1. Go to WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo.
  2. Click CRM / Email.

The CRM / Email tab is the addon’s settings area. You will see the add account form and any connected provider accounts.

What’s on the CRM / Email tab

AreaPurpose
Add accountConnect a new email/CRM provider: choose Provider (e.g. MailPoet, ConvertKit), enter Account name and API key, then click Add.
Connected accountsList of accounts you’ve added, grouped by provider. Each account has Refresh lists (sync lists from the provider) and Remove (disconnect and remove the account).
MessagesSuccess or error text after adding, removing, or refreshing (e.g. “Account added. Use Refresh lists to sync lists.”).

There is no separate “Save” button on the CRM / Email tab. Adding an account or removing one saves automatically. Use Refresh lists to pull the latest lists from the provider after adding or updating credentials.

Add an account

  1. On the CRM / Email tab, choose a Provider from the dropdown (e.g. MailPoet, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign).
  2. Enter an Account name (a label you choose for this connection).
  3. Enter the API key (or required credentials) for that provider.
  4. Click Add.
  5. After the success message, click Refresh lists next to that account to sync lists from the provider.

Remove an account

  1. Find the account under Connected accounts on the CRM / Email tab.
  2. Click Remove next to that account.
  3. Confirm when prompted. The account is removed and the list updates immediately.

License

License management is under WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo > License. That page lists your WP Enhanced plugin licenses. If you need to activate the CRM addon and don’t see an option to add a license there, see Installation and activation or contact WP Enhanced support.
