Do I need Free Downloads WooCommerce Pro?​

Yes. CRM for Free Downloads Woo is an addon for the Pro plugin only. It does not work with the free edition of Free Downloads for WooCommerce.

Where do I get the addon?​

Purchase and download the addon from the WP Enhanced website. You will use the same account for license activation and updates.

Can I use the addon on multiple sites?​

That depends on your license. Check your WP Enhanced account or product page for the number of sites (or licenses) included. Each site typically needs its own license or a multi-site license.

Installation and updates​

The CRM / Email tab doesn’t appear. What should I do?​

Confirm that Free Downloads for WooCommerce Pro is installed and activated first, then activate the CRM addon. Go to WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo and look for CRM / Email. If the tab still doesn’t appear, see Troubleshooting and Support.

How do I update the addon?​

As long as your license is active, the addon checks for updates automatically. You’ll see updates under Plugins in WordPress admin, or in the Dashboard > Updates list. Update the same way you update other plugins.

Settings and integration​

Where are the addon settings?​

The addon does not have its own menu. Go to WP Enhanced > Free Downloads Woo, then click CRM / Email. That tab contains the add account form, connected accounts, Refresh lists, and Remove. See Settings reference.

My email/CRM integration isn’t receiving data. What do I check?​

Confirm your API key or credentials in the addon settings, that Free Downloads WooCommerce Pro’s download (and email capture, if used) is working, and that the external service isn’t blocking or rate-limiting requests. See Troubleshooting.
